The half-price sale in Polychrome Heroics went well.  I still have stacks of stuff to post.

Poetry in Microfunding:

There is one open epic at present.

"Rainshadow Road" belongs the Daughters of the Apocalypse series. It discusses herbalism.

"A Celebration and a Consolation" is now complete.  The family wraps up holiday discussions.

The weather has been chilly here, with a little rain. Seen at the birdfeeders this week: a large flock of goldfinches, a small flock of house finches, two pairs of cardinals, several mourning doves, several dark-eyed juncos, a few sparrows, and three fox squirrels together.

Today is sunny and cool.

I fed the birds.  I've seen a flock of mixed goldfinches and house finches, a dark-eyed junco, a male cardinal, and 3 fox squirrels.

I pulled weeds around the patio and hauled a trolley to the firepit.

This poem is spillover from the September 7, 2021 Poetry Fishbowl. It was inspired by prompts from [personal profile] fuzzyred, [personal profile] chanter1944, and Anonymous. It also fills the "Nonphysical Passions" square in my 9-1-21 card for the Platonic Love Fest Bingo. This poem has been sponsored by a pool with [personal profile] ng_moonmoth. It belongs to the Kraken thread of the Polychrome Heroics series. It follows "Coming Together Is a Beginning" so read that first or this won't make much sense.
