Queen Elizabeth has passed away. So dies "the last person who knew how to behave in public."

I'd like to share an aspect of her history that's often overlooked: she was a gearhead, a crack mechanic, and a demon ambulance driver. While many monarchs have been warriors, I suspect she probably saved the most lives.

Her life was extraordinary. She and her baby sister stayed in London during the Blitz when so many people sent their children to the countryside. I always thought it was cool that she was a driver and a mechanic.
