Good news includes all the things which make us happy or otherwise feel good. It can be personal or public. We never know when something wonderful will happen, and when it does, most people want to share it with someone. It's disappointing when nobody is there to appreciate it. Happily, blogging allows us to share our joys and pat each other on the back.

What good news have you had recently? Are you anticipating any more? Have you found a cute picture or a video that makes you smile? Is there anything your online friends could do to make your life a little happier?

The person I fell really hard for last April had been getting over a sudden & traumatic breakup, and was uncertain about their feelings and not ready for a relationship, then last October they told me they weren't interested in romance with me (we remained close friends, but I was also sad a lot). Last Saturday, they told me they'd been realizing how much their breakup and the problems associated with it had affected them, and so romance with me is now back in the maybe category which is impressively awesome. Of course, I found out about this the same day I found out they'd be moving across the US to deal with family stuff for a year or maybe two (but planned to return), which is hard, but I'm also very experienced with long distance romances.

I wish you all joy of it. Long-distance relationships are hard (been there, done that) but if you can survive that together, you can survive almost anything else.
