The May 6 Poetry Fishbowl went pretty well. I still have a couple poems to post, along with other followup materials.

Poetry in Microfunding:
"Faeder Way" follows the antics of human explorers as they try to understand some aliens with an unusual sex/gender structure.  "Uncounted Colors of the Stars" belongs to the series An Army of One.  A freetrader with an atypical identity grows interested in the culture of the Lacuna.  "Not the Absence of Fear" belongs to the series Polychrome Heroics.  Damask goes to a SPOON base for learning about superpowers.

Torn World writing update:

It's been rainy here for most of the past week, although I've managed to get outside for planting in the sunny times.  Currently blooming: grape hyacinths, honeysuckle, white spirea, wild strawberries, marigolds, blue salvia, cleome, portulaca, petunias, zinnias, million bells, pansies, sweet alyssum, torenia, lobelia, columbines.

I will add: If you discern that there is not a problem in the community, but something is bothering you for personal reasons, then you should act to take care of yourself.

Also, Sheshat or Seshat is the Egyptian goddess of knowledge and libraries.

Thanks to a donation from LiveJournal user Kestrels_nest, there are 11 new verses in "Not the Absence of Fear."  Ham dives into a fight that turns out to be way, way above his current skill level.  Another $5 will finish Ham's section.
