"Of Courage and Heroism"

Garnet is the stone
of courage and heroism.
It gleams on the shields and
badges of first responders,
a silent reminder of
the blood that may be
shed at any moment,
and a wellspring of
strength to continue
as long as they hold it.

Garnet, in turn is recognized for blessing us with courage and vitality when it comes to health.
