Coping Skills: Walk

Folks have mentioned an interest in questions and conversations that make them think. So I've decided to offer more of those. This is the current list of coping skills.
5. Take a walk, or go for a drive.
This gives good options for different levels of mobility, or weather conditions. Walking outdoors is one of my favorite activities.

Date: 2021-04-30 06:11 am (UTC)Come to think of it, that would have been great for a cat I used to have. He'd swat the water bowl when he wanted more/fresher water. The issue resolved itself when we bought him a fancy cat drinking fountain, which he adored. (He'd complain very loudly for the few hours it was being cleaned, and thus unusable.)
