In today's fragmented world, people can improve it by reaching out to each other. Here are some ideas for building community in your neighborhood.

Agreed. At minimum, you need people with experience doing smaller sales. If you've done that, you can scale up. It's better to have someone who's helped with a large one before, because there are tricks to make it work smoother.
