Sloppy Joe Variants
* wild meat (venison, bison, elk, etc.) with dark tomatoes, portabellas, red onions, and einkorn wheat berries
* Sloppy José: beef, lamb chorizo, tomatillos, and corn
* ground turkey, golden tomatoes, celery, and barley [inspired by chicken skillet dish]
