There's a guy there who's now a millionaire after cornering the market in canned fresh air... I wish that was a joke, but it's not.

Chen Guangbiao Sells Millions Of 'Canned Fresh Air' Product
It appears that he was already a philanthropist millionaire to start with, his aim here is to draw attention to how bad the air quality is.
