This notice crossed my desk today.  I'm pleased by the move toward diversity.

LGBT publisher inGroup is soliciting novels (LGBT YA/teen and erotica)
and bloggers (they mention restaurant/hotel reviews and blogs about
the literary world/publishing industry) and expects to resume
solicitations of nonfiction in Oct/Nov.

Here's what they say about genre works:
#1 – LGBT YA/teen novels, dark and emotional to quirky and hilarious.
Books with supernatural aspects are especially welcome. If—like us—you
think “Twilight” is painfully heterosexual, and you’ve done your own
take on gay teens and werewolves, then you should be sending us your
polished manuscript.
