On July 17, 2008, Al Gore issued this challenge: "America must commit to producing 100% of our electricity from cheap, clean renewable energy sources like solar and wind within 10 years." This community is dedicated to meeting Gore's challenge. It features news relating to Gore's challenge, climate change, advances or opportunities in renewable fuels, sustainable business practices, community efforts toward sustainable energy, and related topics.
