Off and On

My Internet connection went down Saturday and has been off since. It's on again now, but spitty. If you don't hear from me as often as usual, that's why.

No, I said what I meant: spitty = off and on again, sometimes with interference. If I'd used the "h" it would've been a much broader complaint. *ponder* Which is not inaccurate, but more descriptive of the customer service/repair policy rather than the connection itself.
