Disability, Success and Failure

Here's an interesting piece about disability, success and failure, particularly relating to autism but it really generalizes beyond that.  

This is why I say, "Tell ALL the stories."  Whatever the trait, there will be people who care a lot about it and others who barely notice, whether it's theirs or someone else's.  There will be people with it who succeed and others who fail.  That's life.  It's useful to show all of those things, to think about the different possibilities.  It's good for everyone to have a mirror that reflects something of themselves.
