According to this article, California overturned two state laws denying marriages to same-sex couples, on the grounds that it constitutes sexual discrimination. Kudos to California for calling a spade a spade. The next hurdle will be to prevent people from changing the state's constitution to allow that kind of sexual discrimination.

I've seen that in several articles now, and I bust out laughing every time. Talk about conservatives shooting themselves in the foot...!
