Philosophical Questions: Rights

Under our government are there any rights that you have but shouldn’t? How about rights you don’t have but should?
I'm disinclined to rule out individual rights, but some rights that corporations or the government have to abuse others should not be so.
There are a great many rights that people should have but don't. At the moment, the right to be safe in their own homes, or on the street, and not get kidnapped by masked thugs. Women need the right to own their bodies and make all their own medical decisions, without being murdered for getting pregnant. And so on.

I find Terramagne's corporate death penalty an effective means of penalizing reprehensible behavior.
