I had the pleasure of meeting a sphinx cat not too long ago; he had a slight peach fuzz feeling and was very warm. His wrinkles were really cute but his long, naked tail was weird. His name is Mango and he is very friendly too.

Remember that cats tend to be thermotropic, and Sphynx cats lack the usual fur coat. If the warmest thing in the room is you, that makes them very affectionate.
