Birdfeeding

Today is sunny and sweltering. It rained a little last night, enough to leave puddles in the road.

I fed the birds. I've seen a flock of house finches.

EDIT 7/15/24 -- I put out water for the birds and watered a few plants.

EDIT 7/15/24 -- I did a bit of work around the patio.

EDIT 7/15/24 -- I sprayed weeds in the prairie garden.

I've seen a mourning dove at the fly-through feeder.

EDIT 7/15/24 -- I picked 2 yellow pear tomatoes and 1 red cherry from the pots in the septic garden.

EDIT 7/15/24 -- I dug up 3 toadstools from the south lot and tossed them to the edge of the field.

Fireflies are coming out. Cicadas are singing.

As it is now dark, I am done for the night.
