Birdfeeding

Today is sunny and sweltering.

We've done a couple rounds of mowing and looking at mowed areas.

I fed the birds.  I've seen a flock of house finches and a male cardinal.

EDIT 7/14/24 -- I watered the patio plants, picnic table, and septic garden.  I picked 3 red cherry tomatoes and 1 yellow pear.

EDIT 7/14/24 -- I watered seedlings in the savanna and the tower strip in the prairie garden.

EDIT 7/14/24 -- I did a bit of work around the patio.

EDIT 7/14/24 -- I watered the monarch strip, telephone pole garden, and grass patch.

I saw at least 3 bats swooping over the driveway.  It's rare that I'm sure of seeing more than one.  :D

As it is now dark, I am done for the night.
