Birdfeeding

Today is partly cloudy and mild.

I fed the birds. I've seen a flock of house finches.

I put out water for the birds and watered a few plants. There are a few bees in the metal birdbath.

EDIT 7/5/25 -- I cleaned up after the fireworks. To my surprise, there were only a few scraps of paper and a couple of cardboard discs; much less messy than it sounded last night or what I had to pick up from the one that left trash all over the yard. Bonus points.

I've seen a fox squirrel at the hopper feeder.

Fireflies are coming out. Looks like more tonight than last night.
