Stories are available to sponsor, and I suggest two cents per word. That’s $20 for a 1K story, but sponsorship is never required. Readers can maximize the value for their money by sponsoring a story they see in thumbnail instead of the one that they prompted for, with my happy blessings.
Supporting this event doesn’t have to cost money, but only a moment or two of a reader’s time. Boost the signal elsewhere, and for each site boost, I’ll add a hundred words to the minimum word count. (Longtime readers know that I usually overshoot that word count, LOL) That means two signal boosts adds roughly a page to the story! I’d call that a bargain. (Copy-paste is encouraged, of course.)
