Birdfeeding
Jul. 14th, 2022 04:21 pmToday is partly sunny and warm. It rained last night, at least a couple of times.
I fed the birds. I've seen a flock of house finches, two doves, and a fox squirrel.
Burgess sent 3 purple ice plants, which all look quite dead. I potted them up just in case they're not, but again, shipping plants in high summer is consistently doomed to failure. >_<
EDIT 7/14/22 -- I started clearing space to plant the native milkweeds in the prairie garden.
EDIT 7/1/22 -- I raked off the dead stems from the spot I cleared.

Date: 2022-07-15 03:51 am (UTC)I have several aspects of that. The daily birdfeeding / gardening report is one. Monday Update is another. There are recurring posts on Wednesdays with a rotating theme: Good News, Hard Things, and Cuddle Party. Thursdays and Saturdays I post a question or tip from a list, each day having its own.
>> It's actually something I may want to start trying to do myself... <<
See my post on Recurring Posts for more ideas. You can just pick a few that appeal to your interests.
