ysabetwordsmithI decided to do a bit of a photo scavenger hunt. These pictures fill the "Sun Catchers" square in my 3-1-22 card for the National Crafting Month Bingo fest.
This is the fairy window in our living room. It is a large bay window facing south, with windows on the east and west sides of the bay too. My father built the wooden planter filling it. There are many different sun catchers and other decorations hanging there -- wind spinners, Austrian crystal, wind chimes, mobiles, bell strings, mirror ornaments, holographic ornaments, glass candleholders, glass plant rooters, bottles, protection charms, stained glass, and so on. Some of these are things I made, others I bought or received as gifts.
The left window has some things I made. The wooden branch holding different colors of crystals is one. The double wind spinner with its halves linked by beads is another.
The center window has the largest number of things hanging in it. You can see some of my houseplants too.
The right window has a couple of my other crafts. I modified the wind spinner mobile by attaching a crystal to each of the spinners. The bell string with the crystals on it is one that I made.
