For folks on the ace-aro spectrum, Dreamwidth offers a variety of activities.

These are some communities to consider:

[community profile] aromanticism - Here be aromantics
Community Description: A place to talk about aromantic experiences!

[community profile] aroworlds never took off but is a worthwhile concept.

[community profile] asexual_fandom is for posting fiction recommendations about stories with asexual characters.

[community profile] asexuality is a discussion community open to all orientations.

[community profile] aspeccharacters - A-spec Characters
Community Description: asexual and aromantic characters from fandoms

[community profile] queerly_beloved welcomes people often excluded from queer spaces -- ace, aro, intersex, etc. -- with a wide variety of content. This

[community profile] taaappridechats - TAAAP Pride Chats
Community Description: Monthly discussions regarding aspec community and identity.

Also, [community profile] allbingo is running Valentines Bingo in February with thematic lists including Platonic and Solo. If you haven't made a card yet, be aware that 1) you can make small cards for quick play, and 2) you can play any card at any time.

Bloggers who write about ace-aro characters include:

[personal profile] dialecticdreamer has multiple ones; notably Heron Finn is asexual, and Drew Finn recently mentioned being aromantic.  Want more?  The prompt call is open through bedtime on Friday Feb. 25!

Find some of my ace-aro characters in the post about my QUILTBAG Characters and the following series with main characters on the ace-aro spectrum:
An Army of One (mostly neurovariant characters not strongly interested in sex/romance)
Eloquent Souls (soulbonds can be platonic, or even self-referential)
The Origami Mage (no sex/romance)
Path of the Paladins (most paladins are ace-aro)
Polychrome Heroics (wide diversity of orientations)
* Antimatter and Stalwart Stan (Stan is demiromantic bisexual)
* Dr. Infanta (Dr. Infanta is ace-aro due to immortality in a 7-year-old body)
* Officer Pink (Turq is not currently sexual/romantic due to trauma, but has a queerplatonic connection with Ansel)
* Shiv (Shiv's orientation is a mess due to trauma, but he has zero interest in sex, so increasingly identifies as asexual; and is also kinky)
Schrodinger's Heroes (several characters are on the ace-aro spectrum)
Want more?  Drop by the Poetry Fishbowl on Tuesday, March 1 and leave prompts on the theme of "Artistic Endeavors."  All orientations are welcome.

Anyone else? I can add to this list.

Watch for relevant holidays. Some bloggers and communities do special events for these.

Aro-Spectrum Awareness Week ran in late February.

Asexual Awareness Week runs in late October.

You put together such great resource lists!
I'm hosting the Carnival of Aros this month with a focus on community and I wonder if you would be willing to let me link to this post as a special resource? Hopefully we can help some people find some more spaces to explore!
