Folks have mentioned an interest in questions and conversations that make them think. So I've decided to offer more of those. This is the current list of coping skills.

6. Write a list of goals.


In particular, if you feel like you're useless or not accomplishing much, go do something to counteract that.

My goals seem to revolve around Spouse: he's in a nursing home within walking distance and has resumed eating. The "feeling useless" sure rang true for week after aching week. For me, I want to finish Stephen Fry's Greek Mythology trilogy next month with Troy.
