Teaching is useful. Didn't they have a bottle angel giving lessons at one point? Get those written out and distributed to the other temples.
Trogar may accidentally be a good influence. Shaeth might, too -- hard work can produce material results, and Trogar's pilgrims may find themselves with, say, a collection of useful tools they made and/or learned to use. Or make-your-own-medallion -- "This is our temple's pilgrims' medallion. So that you can make yours, we will teach you how to ..."
