Native American Recipes
Feb. 21st, 2021 10:40 pmI have found a few archives with many native recipes. Some of these predate the European Invasion, while others come after and mix American and European ingredients. Oh, and yes frybread is historic, but it used to be made with corn, cattail starch, or other things than white flour. Consider the modern version like a donut: fine as an occasional treat, but eating it frequently can kill you.
