That's 13 armed men: a bagpipe is a weapon of war. That's why people tried to ban them repeatedly. And the giant war drums.

Oh hey, that's The Snake Charmer, those are traditional Indian bagpipes, but she plays a weird mix of trad and dubstep and.. well something original, I think. You should check out her other work like her original story/music 'Nageena' here or her Star Wars medley or her version of Wonder Woman
