There was a Chinese dragon in one of Maryam's poems; there may be an ethnic restauraunt in the local Chinatown (mostly catering to locals).
Also, if she is on social terms with a Chinese family / group, she might be invited to shate a meal. (That's the context for my trying Kurdish cuisine.)
