Cuddle Party

Everyone needs contact comfort sometimes. Not everyone has ample opportunities for this in facetime. So here is a chance for a cuddle party in cyberspace. Virtual cuddling can help people feel better.

We have a cuddle room that comes with fort cushions, fort frames, sheets for draping, and a weighted blanket. A nest full of colorful egg pillows sits in one corner. There is a basket of grooming brushes, hairbrushes, and styling combs. A bin holds textured pillows. There is a big basket of craft supplies along with art markers, coloring pages, and blank paper. The kitchen has a popcorn machine. Labels are available to mark dietary needs, recipe ingredients, and level of spiciness. Here is the bathroom, open to everyone. There is a lawn tent and an outdoor hot tub. Bathers should post a sign for nude or clothed activity. Come snuggle up!

Fuzzy J walks in, wearing a pair of black shirts and a black t-shirt with red flowers on it, her fuzzy red robe in her bag with her crochet projects. She puts two trays one hazelnut rounds on the table, one with brown sugar icing and hazelnuts on top, and one plain, then puts out ingredient cards in front of them.

That done, Fuzzy J makes a pillow pile on the floor against a wall so she is out of the way, then pulls out her basket to work on. She puts up a sign that says, "Company and cuddles welcome. Will trade massages/brushing/healthy touches with anyone who is interested."

Kevin (he/him, if I start growling chirp like a cat and I should calm down) flops onto a cushion under the lawn tent, he's kinda obviously upset and most likely blurring with his younger headmates. Vanessa (she/her, please ask first before touching) plops herself down next to him after grabbing stickers and snacks for them both. Carlos (he/him, squishes and hugs are good) follows close behind with Addison (they/them, I like being brushed and squishes, but be careful of spine ridges {poison!}) who is holding tightly to the microfyne burrito blanket they got eons ago. They take one look at Kevin, tuck Kevin under part of their blankie, then rolls theirself under the far corner.
