Self-Awareness Question: Spending Time

Folks have mentioned an interest in questions and conversations that make them think. So I've decided to offer more of those. This is the current list on self-awareness.

26. Do you enjoy spending time with others?

Occasionally, but I am much more introverted than extroverted.

Sometimes although I'm more of a loner than an introvert so I do need a little interaction with others from time to time and I usually know when I've had enough and need to be alone again.

I like spending time with others, but I much prefer it to be with a few close friends than with a large crowd. I also need ample alone time, being rather introverted myself.

Enjoy about 15 percent of the time and the rest is duty. There is no substitute for solitude.

If I can get out of it, I will. I use up all my tolerance for stupidity and faking-social-skills spoons at work, usually before the halfway point in my shift. Given the choice I'd only leave my house to go to the library and every other year I'd got to STITCHES SOUTH.

Yes? I don't like doing things alone. I don't like being completely alone (I like having someone safe in the house at least). Having said that, I burn out so very quickly if I have to actually interact with anyone other than my immediate family for more than half an hour. I like being around people, or doing things alongside people, but proper interaction is hard.

The world needs more introvert parties, and other spaces like that where people can hang out without being required to interact.
