LOL Faster Blaster with guns is like the Finns with medical skills. He believes that everyone should know enough to avoid shooting themselves by accident and to pick up a dropped gun in an emergency and use it effectively. He'll teach anyone the basic age-appropriate skills. If people want to learn more, he'll add more based on what they can handle.
So far, he hasn't picked up anyone else with his level of interest, but it's not a rare one in Nebraska. Cas probably won't want more than the very basics. The twins might be a little more intrigued.
