The opposite is true for tall people, who effectively can't find maxiskirts.
I've discovered that people think short females have no curves. I don't know why. But if I find sleeves that fit, a deep breath usually pops the buttons; by the time I can get my tits into a shirt, the sleeves are falling past my hands. One reason I buy men's shirts sometimes is because they're often cut loose enough to fit -- and have 2-3 buttons on the cuffs so I can close those around my wrists.
