Tuesday Yardening

It's sunny and mild today.  I fed the birds.  Then I hauled 4 buckets of mulch to finish the base of the maple tree near the big mulch pile.  Birds are singing.  I saw a squirrel out this morning too. 

Lots of bulbs have sprouted, but many of those have been up since January or February.  :/  The snowdrops in the white garden are blooming, though, and the winter aconite in the goddess garden is budding too.  Maple buds are swelling.
