That's fairly common, though -- it's why firebugs have such a high need for zetetic fabrics like dexflan or capery, so they don't light it up.
Same with speedsters, due to the friction. I have one with serious burn scars because she manifested during track practice when she was wearing synthetic fabric, which melted all over her. 0_o
