I like this proposal to sue the Drumpf's company instead of himself.  I agree that he has no shame, but he most definitely cares about money.  Also, the article has some great new nicknames.

What if the CORPORATIONS went class-action? "Your Honor, we intend to prove that the defendant corporation has materially harmed us and our ability to do business, and will petition for revocation of corporate charter as relief."

Better idea. Remember when a corporation was supposed to be in the public best interest?

Charge that they have violated THAT, and let THAT be the precedent. Corps or groups of individuals could sue.

What we really need is the corporate execution that T-America has. Companies that break major laws, kill people, destroy communities, damage the environment, or otherwise make the world worse are disbanded and their assets sold off to pay damages. This clears the way for more responsible companies to move into that niche and meet needs in safer ways.
