I love the options- but it is now hard to find a plant that produces HOT jalapenos! Every last one is described as being milder than the next. Argh!

They vary. It's frustrating when people change the characteristics of a plant without renaming it. One time we got jalapenos for stuffing, expecting them to be toward the mild end of the scale. I wound up with chemical burns on my hands. >_
