Yes, they do. For the vast majority of those, *especially* newspaper sites, an immediate demand-for-contact results in my closing the browser tab and putting that site on my personal list of No Deposit, No Return. Depending on time and spoons, I might search elsewhere for information on the topic, but at least 40% of the time I'll just shrug and move along.
