It frustrates me too. But that's the problem with bad guys; they don't want to make a living doing decent things, or sometimes, all they care about is the money and it doesn't matter to them if their business hurts people.
So that's why I wrote this story and posted a round of Poke a Bigot in the Eye. People can boycott Nick Spencer and Marvel, sign a petition to cancel the Captain Hydra storyline, and/or do other things in protest. We may not be able to stop the bad guys directly, but we can call them out for their bad ideas and whittle down their resources.
So what if they're bigger and richer? We're Cap fans. We can do this all day.
