Well, that was the plan. She is all kinds of upset that he got hurt like that.

The police were much better situated to handle that end of things. Dr. Infanta could have killed Crosshairs easily. But for an assassin, killing extra people makes you look either sloppy ... or like a real cheap date. Neither of these are good for your professional reputation. This way, the police can trace the contraband and contacts more effectively. Which is a good thing, because looking into some of those crates ... daaaaaamn, someone has no sense of self-preservation. I actually knew about one troublesome gun already. And then I found these. What were they thinking?! O_O
