I believe in the proposition of public education, but long ago determined public education didn't believe in me. Only by the grace of other people's agitated parents and other sorts of luck...
Though considering that we've got women as angels (who thus can live on manna) and Prussia in one of the odder pairings even without the contrast of both from the federalist ideals.
