If Bruce knew that JARVIS had information about Hulk, then yes, Bruce would pester Tony for that.

No, not yet. Hulk is ahead of the curve on Bruce here, as is true with most social situations. Hulk is the emotional genius of the pair; Bruce is not good at people skills.
