I think Tony WOULD ask Jarvis to run a 'welcome home' program for everyone, at any stage, if he understood social skills a bit better. He likes doing things for other people--his inventions often are gifts, and he gives them all their own floors--he just doesn't know how to put his desire to give into a smaller context. All of them have the desire for teamwork and family\friendship; they just don't know the skills well.
