Some people have a higher tolerance for misbehavior than others. That's life. The thing to look at is whether a person's contributions to a group outweigh the trouble they cause. Being high maintenance, high reward can work. Being high maintenance, low reward -- generally not. So look at what you contribute vs. what you cost the group, and what he does.
