Outside of the spy stuff, she can actually be very direct. I think she didn't learn many of the social maneuvers that people usually do, and doesn't see much point in dancing around a topic. She'll hide things that she doesn't want to deal with -- but once she decides to deal, she tends to level like a bulldozer.
