Folks have mentioned an interest in questions and conversations that make them think. So I've decided to offer more of those. This is the current list of coping skills.

8. Act opposite of negative feelings.

This is helpful if your feelings are currently inaccurate -- especially if they are consistently unreliable in specific situations.

If they are factual, this can be very dangerous.

Today is sunny and mild.

I fed the birds.  I've only seen one dark-eyed junco today. 

EDIT 11/4/21 -- I cut weeds on the patio and hauled 2 trolleys full to the firepit.

EDIT 11/4/21 -- I cut more weeds on the porch and hauled 2 trolleys to the firepit.

I have a bag of 20 daffodils, a bag of 36 daffodils, and two bags of 8 tulips to plant.
