Sunday Yardening

Today is partly sunny, hot, and muggy.  We got a little rain last night.

Round One, I fed birds.

Round Two, I watered plants and  picked a few berries. 

Poem: "Like Distant Thunder"

This poem is spillover from the July 16, 2019 Poetry Fishbowl. It was inspired by a prompt from DW user Satsuma. It also fills the exhaustion" square in my 4-7-18 card for the Origfic Bingo Fest.  This poem belongs to the Path of the Paladins series.

Thanks to a donation from satsuma, you can now read the beginning of "Like Distant Thunder."  Shahana and Ari face a climactic battle.  This poem only needs $13 to be complete, and the fishbowl tally is still open through the end of today.  Anybody want to finish it off?
