scrubjayspeaks has written the story "Belief Is Sight" based on my prompt, about learning to see unicorns.

"The Black Unicorns" is a clever and creepy story by ng_moonmoth.  It's kind of a fantasy version of alien motifs.


From someone else's prompts, alexseanchai wrote "From Town to Forest," about unicorns and assault survivors.

scrubjayspeaks has posted "The Longest Hunt," one of the best unicorn stories I have read.  It's on desire and surrender.

Review: Trader Joe's Lacey's Cookies

My giant package of chocolates included a carton of Trader Joe's Lacey's Cookies Milk Chocolate Macadamia Nut.  These were quite tasty.  Very sweet chocolate and good nutty flavor.  However, I wouldn't really describe them as cookies -- they're more like two very thin slabs of nut brittle glued together with the chocolate.  Never had anything like these before.  While I'm not a big fan of hard cookies, I did enjoy them.  If you like crunchy, crispy cookies and/or nut brittle then definitely give these a try.

Bee Music

 This guy makes synth music from bees.  It's an interesting concept and he's got some good sounds.  However, I think it would work better as music if he laid down multiple tracks.  There's a really good drumlike beat, some buzzes and other stuff, but it's mostly separate.
