There are five epic poems in microfunding: "
The Accidental Hero" follows Aldornia and Zenobia when one of Aldornia's relatives unexpectedly appears in the Temple of Golden Light. "
Stained" finds Johan, a former paladin of Gailah, in trouble in front of the last person he ever wanted to see again. "
Fiorenza and the Witch-Son" features Fiorenza the Italian herbalist musing about social roles and gender dynamics, at a time when there is NOT a major preternatural crisis going on. "
Igor's Creature" is a mix of horror and science fiction with a large helping of sociology and a wry twist of humor. The epic poem "
A Periodic Table of Elementals" is ahead of production.

The weather here has cooled off slightly. My naked lady lilies are blooming. The echinacea around the barrel garden has gone to seed, much to the delight of the goldfinches and indigo buntings, who are busily teasing out the seeds to eat.
