A farmer sued by Monsanto for "stealing" their frankencrop (which was actually trespassing on his farm) has won his case. This would have been even better if the judge had fined the pants off Monsanto for genetic vandalism, but it's still a win: it establishes that companies can't sue farmers for theft when the genetic material is moving without the farmer's assistance.
