The rich people are going to find themselves in the same boat as several other cities already are: namely, they become unable to hire menial or low-wage workers because nobody can afford to live in the city or even within driving distance on those wages. So they either have to pony up housing for their employees, or clean their own toilets. I have no sympathy.
